Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in DKK (Danish Krone) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping
Physical books are shipped within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
Digital products (e-books, online workshops): All sales are final and non-refundable once access is provided.
Physical books:
You have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, provided the book is unused and in original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective products:
If a physical book is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for an exchange.
For defective products, please contact us immediately at mail@singergy.dk.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and store only the necessary information to process orders, such as name, email, billing, and shipping details.
